Join Wildflower for our first family workshop: Emerge & Embody.

A morning for both caregivers and their children, this workshop offers a chance to come together as we shift into summer: a season that is at once daunting in its unstructured nature, and freeing for exactly the same reason.

This month's workshop takes place in full Gemini sun - an air sign that shifts the collective energy from Taurus's grounded, steady hand into something lighter and more intellectually curious. Gemini is the sign of the Twins, illuminating themes of duality, curiosity, and communication. She is the caregiver and the free spirit. She is the one who plans the camps, the activities, the sunscreen — and the one who wants to get lost in a slow morning with nowhere to be. This is the tension of summertime for caregivers - the anxiety of missing the structure that school provides, and the yearn for just one more carefree summer with your littles, exactly as they are.

The morning begins with an hour of separate, intentional movement. Adults settle into a nourishing yoga practice while children explore mindful movement in their own sacred space — one hour to fully arrive in your body. We then come together for an hour of artful co-creation, a chance to move, make, and co-regulate. We will close by inviting you to set an intention with your family, for how you want this summer to feel — not as a plan, but as a living embodiment of the memories you hope to make.

That's emergence. That's embodiment. Not a destination. A decision you make, over and over, in the now moments. Wildflower is here to help you and your family find and define that place - a place somewhere you feel free.
